Yesterday morning, my mom 'redyed' my hair, but after the wash, I didn't notice any colour. The little colour there looks red too, not orange. sad
Grandpa was supposed to take us iceskating at the ice arena, but we didn't bother going.
Mom reminded me to do my University applications, so mom, dad, and I all sat around the kitchen table looking through the calendars while mom was making cookies. I thought doing nursing at a couple of universities. Trent is my top choice. I really wana go there. Mom wants to keep me as close to home as I can be, but I want to be as far away from Edward (my brother) as I can.
I'm really excited about next year!!!!! 4laugh
Right after I finished filling out the application, my neighbour drops by and asks me to babysit for about one hour, so I went. My party was in 1 and a half hours, so I thought I'd be home on time to get ready.
The parents came back a little later than we thought, so I had 15minutes to get ready, and arrived a couple minutes late since I couldn't find anything nice to wear.
When I got there, most of the people at work were there. I accidently wrote my name on the card that I was being secret santa for, but Cedric messed up too anywayz. We were each others secret santa, although it wasn't must oa secret to me. Tam told me before the party, but she didn't tell him. I think she set us up on purpose. stare
I got Cedric energy drinks since that's what he wanted and he got me $10 gift certificates to Tim Hortons. He had no idea what I wanted since I wouldn't tell him when he kept bugging me.
I sat beside Amy and Grace. There was an empty seat beside Cedric, but I didn't want to sit with him, lol.
Amy and I had a blast. We had a lot of sugar, so we were very hyped up. blaugh
The meal was great. Amy and I chose chicken from the choices of chicken, pork chop or salmon. The dessert was awesome too! Very chocolatey! mrgreen Amy didn't like the whipped cream, so I ate hers, hehe.
Everyone had alcohol and a few of them got drunk. Well, everyone but me. Tam and Kim were pretty drunk, and it was scary. I think Cedric was a little drunk too, even though he claimed to not be.
When we left the building, a person handed out roses to all the ladies. Everyone got red, but I was special enough to get pink! 4laugh (Even though I don't really like that colour.)
Haha, maybe it was because my birthday is coming up soon. surprised But he didn't know. Oh well.
When the boss took us home, I discovered that I live on the street across from Amy. Why didn't I know that sooner?
Well, I had a fun time that night!
We were all counting on a snowday today since the weather has been terrible all weekend, with icy roads and snow that wouldn't stop falling since Saturday night. But it turned out there was school today, even though I didn't bother going.
