Of the Amazingal Glass, Winter Wonders, and Completed
Nealiminity and the Amazingal Refillingle Glassss
Nealiminity smiled a little lopsidedly as Manny refilled her glass in an instant. As he came around the bar, she finally noticed that the place had emptied out almost completely. How late is it? she wondered. But the concern wafted away on the wind almost as quickly as it had appeared in her mind.
"I don't think I could summon that up again." She told Manny, staring at the glass. Concentration? Wha- ooh, pretty! she thought, and then obviously lost the thought as she looked in Manny's eyes.
She took a drink- not so quickly as before, and only a normal size one this time (leaving the drink still mostly full).
"So. Why- with your talents- do you live here?" she asked, and waved her hand around. "I mean, I can tell you like the place. But... surely you could do better for yourself?" In true Green Dragon form, she had reverted to thinking riches were of great importance. She was too far gone at this point to hold any real complicated thought in her head. He's kinda cute, for a human. she thought. This thought was not as fickle as some of the others she had had quite recently. She turned on her stool and faced Manny. She kept the slightly lopsided smile.

Se'rox and Winter Wonders
As Zuchax III created a warm coat for her, Se'rox snuggled in closer. At this point, it would take a laser to separate them. And a very skilled laser operator.
As Zuchax III explained his affinity for Se'rox's company, she felt the radiation of heat come and go from his face. It was an unusual thing, and had she not experienced it herself before, she might have thought him ill. But she started to make a connection about that phenomenon. It was due to an uncertainty, and the odd sensation of strange movements in one's stomach that made words difficult and the whole person on edge. She knew exactly how he felt.
"Maybe we should go back home." she said, wanting to be behind closed doors with him. There was only one thing more that she wanted him to agree to at this point. If he would.
"However, I no longer feel it necessary to keep my things in a room that will otherwise be empty." she cleared her throat. The darn thing itched terribly. "If you agree, I would rather put my things in the room I'll be spending most of my time in in that house. Your room." She wasn't sure how, but that wasn't exactly what she wanted to say. But it was harder than it seemed to simply say, 'I want to move in with you.' Who knew?

Of Final Preparations Confirmed and Completed
He stood in the middle of the deck, a few feet in front of the Captain's chair. For now, he was in charge of the vessel, but his command had been specific. Deliver the vessel and his loyal services to the Captain and rightful owner of the brand new ship. Then assume the permanent duties of First Mate.
His uplink into the systems check was soon completed. As his initial confirmation had suggested, the ship was indeed space-worthy.
He waited from the verbal confirmation from the space-dock.
A small alert sound, two-toned, came across the command deck.
"Open." he said, and the large screen usually displaying the space in front of the ship suddenly displayed the face of an older gentleman in uniform.
"Commander Dossier. I see you've got everything under control here. Our diagnostics are complete. We hereby declare you fit for duty. You and your ship. Congratulations, and good luck." he said.
Dossier just nodded, and then the screen went black. According to what he had been taught, he gave out all the commands verbally, although it was totally unnecessary. He was the entire crew.
"Heading 192.5.8. Warp 6." Commander Dossier said firmly. "Engage."
The ship, having been released from the dock, sped off towards the heading it was given. It's large saucer-shaped top was unmistakable above it's twin engine lower half. It was a legend recreated. And now it needed a name*. And it's Captain and owner. It sped towards its destination with gusto, as only it could.
