"Yes." They said turning back to me. "Can she really help?" I asked. "Of course she can." They said in a what sounded like a kind voice but at the same time with a sarcastic tone to it. "Follow us if you want to." They said swiming away. As we swam out of the trove Sebastian saw me along with Flounder. Sebastian swam up to me. "Melissa are you crazy! Do you realize these two work for Ursuala!" He said "Where are you going?" "to get help from Ursula." I said with a smug look on my face. "ARE YOU CRAZY!" Subastian yelled. " I turned to him. "WHY DON'T YOU GOT TELL MY FATHER! YOUR GOOD AT THAT!" I yelled and swam off to catch up with the eels not looking back. "Oh come on" Sebastian said to Flounder.
As we approched Ursuala's cave I started getting a cold chill. The place was creepy, and just said stay away. But if Ursula could help me meet my prince again then I didn't care. We went through the entrince and I saw these things that looked like weeds on the ground but turned out to have eyes. They looked gross I tried to stay away from them but one grabbed my wrist and started pulling on it like it was trying to get my attention I pulled away and heard a voice from up ahead....a women's. "Come in...Come in my child." Ursula. I thought. I swam in and found a octupus sitting in front of a mirror. This was my half aunt: Ursula. She was applying lipstick to her lips.
"Darling! Welcome....please come in!" She said. For a witch...she didn't seem very....evil. "Would you like something to eat." She asked. "um no thanks. "Well if your sure...now to buisness." She said. I nodded. "Lets see your in love with a HUMAN boy yes?" She asked. "Yes" I said "Not that I blame you....he is quite a looker." She said. I smiled. "But how do I meet him when....well he's human and I'm a mermaid." I asked.
"The only way to get what you want..." She said. "Is to become human yourself." I gasped. "Can you do that?" I asked. "My dear sweet child that's what I do.....Its what I live for." She said. "To help poor unfortante merfolk....like yourself. Poor souls. With no one else to turn too." With these words she broke into sound and started making a potion.
I admit that in the past
I've been a nasty
They weren't kiddin
when they called me
well, a witch
But you'll find that nowadays
I've mended all my ways
Repented, seen the light
and made a switch
And I fortunaetely know a litte magic
It's a talent that I always have possessed
And here lately, please don't laugh

"Have we got a deal?" She asked me breaking away from her song and me hardly noticing Flounder and Sebastian in the door way. "If I become human...I'll never be with my father, sisters or brothers again." I said in a solum tone. "But you'll have your man" She laughed. "Life's full of tough choices ain't it." She laughed again. "Oh and there is one more thing....We haven't discussed the subject of payment." She said. "But I don't have-" I started. "I'm not asking much." She said. "Just a token really a Trifle. What I want from you is.....your voice." "But without my voice...how will I-" I asked clasping my hand to my throut. "You'll have your looks. Your pretty face. And don't underestimate the importants of....body language." She laughed going back to her song."Besides you'll get it back soon as you get true loves first kiss. But it has to be within three days before the sun sets on the third day."
The men up there don't like
a lot of blabber
They think a girl who gossips
is a bore
Yes, on land it's much preferred

She said this and a scroll appeared in front of me.

I hesitated for a moment and quickly signed my name to the scroll, and it rolled up and Ursuala grabbed it and had a minising look on her face.

laryngitis la voce to me
"Now! Sing!" She said. At the command I started volcalizing and a green hand emerged from the cauldrean. "KEEP SINGING!" She ordered. Next thing the hand reached down my throut and pulled out a golden ball that was my voice and it went to the shell around her neck. Now a bubble submerged me as I heard her laugh evily and suddenly I felt like my tail was being ripped apart from my body and then I felt like I couldn't swim as the bubble popped, and I couldn't breath. I felt someone grab me and pull me up out of the cave and towards the surface. Suddely I felt a burst of air hit me as I came up to the surface before felling the sand below me, my but and.....MY LEGS! Then colliding with the earth.
