(***Nami's POV***)

"RUN!! FASTER NAMI HE'S COMING!! HE'S SERIOUSLY PISSED!!! HE'LL KILL YOU THIS TIME!!," my mind screamed. Kabuto my attacker/soon to be murderer was coming.I was in deep s**t this time I had almost escaped his prison made for me and other vampires that had been missing for a few years all a variety of ages. For some reason Kabuto wanted to create a new army of super vampires and start an all out war between humans and vampires. To Kabuto a world ruled by vampires would be an all powerful empire. Along with Kabuto there were three others working at his side they were Mizuki, Kazumi, and his younger brother Hikaru.

Each one of the four vampires took pureblood vampires and made them into the vampires like them, which was a vampire that bordered between a level E and an average vampire.

Two years ago I was taken by Kabuto and Hikaru right under my parents noses. Even though I was supposed to be changed into a new level of vampire I had somehow managed to stay a pureblood by convincing Kabuto the head of the pack to keep me a pureblood.

While I was running towards any place that could serve as an exit I hadn't noticed Hikaru's fire hound Shito was on my trail too. Of course it would be just like Kabuto to have Hikaru send him after me.

I saw the iron bar gates that served as a barrier from the prison to the place I once called home and I could feel my hopes rising. My feet lifted me off the ground hoping that I could jump over the gate but I felt a sharp pain in my left leg. It felt like a millon knifes had entered my skin digging deeper and deeper looking for anything to snap in half.

It was Shito and he had a good hold on my calf. His usually brown eyes were red, they were cruel happy to have made his master's proud. With a jerk of his head, I heard a snapping sound similar to the snapping of twigs only it was much louder.
I screamed out in pain and agony as my body was jerked to the ground. My hands moved in front of me clawing to get closer to the gate, but I heard footsteps coming closer, I became more frantic.

"I'm disappointed that you would try to run away again Nami after the punishment you had last time I expected you would try your best to not to cross me again,"Kabuto said sounding like he had swallowed his own vomit. His cold blue eyes suddenly looked like blue flames. He held out his hand, commanding Shito to come to him. Their hair was a matching tawny brown. Kabuto's pale skin that usually looked a sickly green was a tint darker alerting me that he had a good feed today so hopefully I would be spared having my blood drank. He never smiled unless he was thinking of something diabolic.

I shivered as I saw him smile, his smile was pure evil and reminded me of a snake. My mouth didn't seem to work anymore a part of me knew that this was not the time for smart a** comments. Kabuto continued talking.

"But unfortunately Nami you have overlooked my past acts of kindness in letting you live but don't worry I won't kill you,"he snickered. My eyes widened in horror if he wasn't going to kill what would he do to me. All I knew was that I now wished I was dead.

"What will you do to me," my voice quivered. I winced in pain from where Shito had bit me and from all the bruises and burns Hikaru had inflicted on me recently for back talking to him. On top that I had various wounds on my body caused from all the broken glass windows I had jumped through to get this close to the gates.

Kabuto smiled. "Believe me it will be something you would never think of,"he smirked.It took all of my self control to not scream for help, even if I did no one would help me. Kabuto walked more like floated towards me.

"You will live Nami but I will take away something important from you,"he said.
Then one of his bony hands pulled me off the ground. I howled in pain. He laughed it made my ears feel like they were on fire.

Then I felt it his hand touched the place where my heart was. The next thing I felt was like he was squeezing my heart trying to squeeze the life out of me. I felt my self crumple to the ground while the pain kept searing through me. 'What are you doing to me,' I thought.

I then felt a surge of power ripple through me, my body convulsed. I now understood what he was doing to me he was ripping out my vampire soul.

Kabuto must have succeeded at taking out my vampire side because the last thing I remember was white hands pulling me into a world of contentment,the world of the no longer feeling. Which no vampire would be taken to. Then before I completely blanked out I felt my pain worsen it was like my soul was replaced. The only soul that remained inside me was my human soul and I was going to die. After realizing that I let myself be swallowed into the white.
