Tackers are like mercenaries or law enforcement for this world. And my girls father is an assassin/thief guy, who is hardly around. The village is just a set of temporary buildings, like teepee's. The people of the desert are nomadic, and coastal walkers. They mainly live along the coast but once a year all of them make a pilgrimage to the center of the desert to pay homage to their Ancestors.
