There was water rolling down the cold stone walls. The air felt compressed and weak in your body. There was never a clear view here, That was the way they liked it. They liked keeping you in a stupor, stuck in what seemed like a never ending thin layer of fog. They kept you here until they deem you fit for fighting or death.
Or so that's what you hoped. The windows and doors were barred up, there was no such thing as an escape here. The only escape was death for those who were lucky enough to embrace it. If you're wondering if this is prison, you can only wish you were there instead. This is German boot camp. Pandora has been here for 19 years, held captive in her own personal hell for 9 and a half of those years. She was tagged, tortured, beaten, molested, cut, bled out and left to fend for herself in this hell. But she lived through it. You might be wondering why she's here. Well, Let's start from The Beginning...

' Chapter one: -----------'

" Alroy, Connor! Where on earth have you children been? You've got your dear ol' mother worried sick and in an uproar!" Philip yelled from the front door as the boys rushed up the path. They panted as they reached the door. " What on earth were you doin'?" Philip asked as he slowly brought them inside, as quietly as possible. " You boy's go wash up or it'll be the end of us all! " He said in a joking matter as the boys rushed to the bathroom. He went into the kitchen where Pandora and Alison were playing and his wife was cooking dinner. " Are the boy's home yet? " Victoria asked in a huff as she chopped the little vegetables that they had and tossed them in a pot. He looked back and saw them out of the bathroom and ready to walk in. " Oh, of course, Love. I think I just heard them walk in. " He said as they walked into the kitchen where they took a seat at the table. " Nice of you to join us boys." Victoria said as she turned with her hands on her hips. " Evening mother." They said in unison as they stared down at the tabletop. " Where in the mother of blazes have you been? Pandy get your sister and take her to the living room. I'll call for ye' when I'm finished with these two." Victoria said as Pandora picked up her sister and carried her to the bedroom where she couldn't hear her brother's get the stick. She hated hearing them scream. Alroy was old enough, so he didn't get it as bad. He was 19 with a cool whit and some stubble on his chin. Connor on the other hand was younger, only 14 in age and sometimes even younger in mind. Alison was the youngest, She was only 2 and knew no better than a pup. Pandora was 16 now and had a secret. A deep dark secret hidden from the world.She was different from everyone else in her family. They all had red hair, blue or green eyes, freckles, everything a normal Irish family looked like. SMACK. She was very pale, slender; fragile almost. She had jet black hair, gray eyes and her skin was clear from any blemishes. She'd tried to keep her secret hidden since she was 9. SMACK. She'd done things with her mind, she would occasionally get head aches and when she did weird things would happen. SMACK. Painful things. SMACK. Scary things. SMACK. Things that would make her go out of her mi- " Alright Pandy, Let's eat. " Her father said as he opened the door a crack and peeked inside. Alison ran over to him and threw the door open and jumped into Philips arms. " Arrg, is my big girl ready for num nums? " He said in a sing sing song tone as he carried her away. Pandora stood up but she felt something out of place. The door slammed shut and her eyes widened with fear. She ran to the door and felt her arms being restrained, but when she looked to see who or what it was, the only thing she could see were shrouds of darkness clinging to her skin. Her body shook violently with fear as she tried to pull away from the smokey looking clumps that seemed attached to her skin so tightly. Before a noise could even escape her lips she felt herself being pulled what seemed like a wind tunnel and suddenly appeared on the table middle of the kitchen. Her family sat staring wide eyed at her miraculous appearance.
