Goal Weight:
130lbs


Nail biting:
4/23/10 - still biting sad
5/30/10 - Still biting.
7/1/10 - Wearing acrylic nails, no biting. smile

Smoking:
4/23/10 - 4 or 5 cigs a day
5/30/10 - Same.
7/1/10 - 17 days without smoking!
