This is a bold spring time look!
I do this basic method using numerous colors, it looks lovely in a darker combination of purples, grays and black:


It usually takes me about 15 minutes to do my makeup, but until you've practiced don't try to go that fast.

PREP WORK

• start with a clean face
  
• moisturize and let your skin full absorb it before starting
  
• gather your makeup and tools
  
  
• this is what I will be using

• Aromaleigh Big Neon Glitter
  
• Medusa's Jail Bait and Purple Rain
  
• Prestige eyeshadow duo in Morado (only used the dark purple)
  
• hot pink paint pot from Hot Topic (no longer available but you can find paint pots from numerous companies)
  
• Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy
  
• Hard Candy Lash Call mascara in blue

• brushes I used are mainly from Coastal Scents

Apply the base/ foundation of your choice

Apply liquid concealer where needed and all over upper and lower eye lids

Apply paint pot all over lid

Cover entire lid (upper and lower) with a tiny amount of Pixie Epoxy
Let the PE sit for about 30 seconds to get tacky

Apply Big Neon Glitter (yellow) to inner corner
Use a small, tight, thick brush and press the glitter shadow into the PE

Apply Jail Bait all over rest of upper lid, apply it in the crease and to the lower lid

Apply Purple Rain to the outer part of the upper lid and lower lid right over the Jail Bait
Blend fully

Apply Purple Rain to crease above Jail Bait

Apply darker purple from Prestige duo to the lash line and outer edge of the Purple Rain
Blend fully, take your time and make sure the shape is even for both eyes

Apply light colored eyeliner to water line if you prefer it

Apply mascara of your choice
