Se'rox: Running into an old Friend
Se'rox ran south as Flan had instructed. She didn't stay to find out who was coming. She was pretty sure she knew who it was any ways.
As she got near the dog, it tried to run. Big mistake. Se'rox stampeded at the dog, and trampled it before she even got a good look at it. It didn't seem to be of particular interest to her, nor was it moving any longer. She got back to the others just in time to hear the meercat speak to Kovu.
Se'rox smiled. At least she wasn't the only one with a meercat tag along. She's supposed introductions were in order, but she wasn't sure where to begin.
"Hello again Kovu." Se'rox said. "I would say that it is nice to see you again, but, well..." she smiled. Kovu was one of the few beings outside Gaia and her second-home worlds that she had told about her blindness. Him, she trusted fairly well. She had always thought it was a pity that he only knew her as a hippo.
"These are... members of my extended family. Dai, and Flan the meercat. I don't know your friends, though." Se'rox managed, trying to read the faces of the other animals. It was significantly harder to read expressions on animals than on human faces.

Rose; Need to Know Basis
Rose sighed. "That's what I thought. Well, time to let the boys in on... all they need to know."
Rosa opened the study door. She motioned for n** to walk ahead of her, and followed her out of the room. Expecting to see curious expressions on the boy's faces, Rose started issuing commands. "n** needs to get some rest. Broden, you will be accompanying her to her room, and make sure she is not disturbed. Taran, we have at least 2 hours before we arrive at our destination. I'd like you to see what this ship is capable of by then."
Looking over at Broden again, Rose thought to mention, "As Dragon's goddaughter, and a Queen, I am taking charge of this mission. Let's go get Nogard back."
Rose waited for Broden and n** to leave before she would tell Taran more of what was really going on.
