if to be naught but a second and then not at all and fight the fiercer for the dream that plagues my distraught mind.
exercise day 5
first i did another set of arms last night.

21mins on the rower machine.
5 sets of 10 curls at 30 pounds.
clappers with ten pound weights 3 sets.
squats at 11o pounds 4 sets of 10.
bench press at 110 3 sets.

for the cool down i did.
inverted bench press 3 sets at 45 pounds.
then i did yoga. snake into plank, down dog into warrior 1( both sides) and warrior two( both sides again) then back into snake, camel and some leg throws to loosen up for today.

today is run day!!

i havent decided what else ill be doing but im going to do either 20 mins hard running or an hour of up hill ( 8%) grade walking.
