if to be naught but a second and then not at all and fight the fiercer for the dream that plagues my distraught mind.
exercise day 5.
today was a run day,
i did 10 mins running as fast as i could to gain speed, it allso helped me cool down.
5 mins for the cool down
i moved into the gym for bench pressing 130 pounds 5time 3 reps.
then the inverted rep at 95 10 times 3 reps.
i did the arm strechs and curls for at 20 reps for 2 iteration
finished with 5 reps at 3 sets of pull ups.

i dont feel too much stress ( allmost none infact after i figured out what was bothering me) and i shall probly head back tomarrow morning.
