just in case anyone actually reads my journal, and doesn't know wtf the last four posts were all about, i play MTG. five cards in one set (known as the pit fighter legends) are legends. that is, characters with stories dramatic enough to give them significance to creatures that can sculpt reality and travel between dimension. however, there are no stories written for these particular five. i liked the idea behind them, and the little tidbits of information given about them in their flavor text, so i took it upon myself to write their stories. i only got through four before writers block set in, and shortly thereafter life in general took away my immediate interest in picking the project back up. recently i had reson to look them up, and i may try working on them again. either way, i like the origins i gave four of the pit fighters enough to put them up here.
if anyone's curious what i had to work with here are links to the cards themselves:
Arcanis
Rorix (also, bladewing the risen and his thrall which i never got to)
Silvos
Visara
and Jareth (the one i got writers block for and never covered)

The things that live in my head.
I have little ideas in my head. Many of them are fed by my overactive imagination and grow and take on a life of their own. Usually they die off after a while, but I'm getting kinda tired of that. Feel free to comment, it builds their character.
