The two held up their swords and kept the blades touching at the center. “You ready to walk the plank, Rina?”
“No, because I’ll be seeing you sail away from the deck of my ship.” Capt. Deep replied.
Nina swung her sword down and attempted to strike Capt. Deep in the leg. Capt. Deep jumped up, and took the handle of her sword and tried to hit Nina in the head, but she also missed, and Capt. Deep could only land and begin swinging her swords again.
Nina and Capt. Deep’s swords clanged as they backed each other out onto the plank Capt. Deep used to get onboard Nina’s ship.
Nina swung at Capt. Deep, but she defended herself by crossing both of her swords. Nina knocked her onto her knees however, and growled, “It doesn’t look like you’ll be walking the plank today, Rina, but instead you’ll falloff of one.”
Capt. Deep was struggling to keep Nina back, and Will walked out on deck. He saw the two brawling on the plank, and he lurched forward to help. Not only did his wounds hold him back, but Dojer and Charlie held him back.
“What’s happening out there?” He demanded, but no one gave him an answer.
Instead, Capt. Deep used her foot to rip Nina, who fell over the edge of the plank, dropped her sword on the plank, and held onto the plank for fear of falling into the water. She could swim, and there were no sharks to feast upon her, but she knew if she fell, nobody would bother to help her up.
