Taran, Neko and ANTIE-D
They snuck around corners and tried to get their bearings. Taran wanted to find the Dragonfly, but that was only of use once they figured out where Rose was being held captive.... and the gwees, too, of course.
"Can't you, like, sense other beings, or something?" Taran whispered to ANTIE-D, trying to get her to realize she was supposed to be more useful than she was currently being.
"Would that assist us in completing our goal?" was ANTIE-D's annoyingly calm voice asked, not bothering to use a whisper. "For, if that is indeed the case, I can tell you that there are a total of four life forces besides yours and the cat's on this ship. I can also tell you their general direction. However, I can not tell you the layout of this ship and which way will lead us to Rose or the two gwees for certain, and certainly with no gaurantees that one of the life-forces will not be that of the person who has captured them."
Taran just shook his head. "I guess you... keep leading the way. If we get further from the life forces, we'll adjus-"
"Initializing centralized gravity shipwide." Came from a computerized voice across the intercom.
Taran was immediatly flat on the ground, his face smeared on the floor, with the cat Neko smashed against the back of his head. The pressure was immense, and Taran started to feel as if he would be sucked into the floor...
"Taran, sir. Are you all right?" asked ANTIE-D calmly. She was standing next to him, and took a step closer. "Can you move?" she asked, when he did not reply.
ANTIE-D took ahold of Taran's left arm, and starting lifting it upward. The downward pull did nothing to the android, and he was starting to get pulled up off the ground. Very painfully.
"p l e a s e, s t o p" Taran forced. He could feel his shoulder dislocate, and he was afraid she was about to tear the whole arm off.
Then suddenly, gravity returned, and Taran, still being pulled from the floor by ANTIE-D, was suddenly pulled up off of it and five feet up into the air. Fortunately, ANTIE-D let go, as well. Which left Taran to fall back down to the ground, with a very pissed off and scared coco clinging to his head, seemingly trying to create permanent claw-holds.

Rose and the gwees
"Initializing centralized gravity shipwide."
Rose had a chance to look startled at the gwees as the announcement came through, and then was plastered to the ground. She could feel the weight of what seemed like the world crushing her, and she lost all the breath from her lungs. Rose looked up without moving her head, to see the gwees, who were also stuck to the floor nearby. If they were saying anything, it did not register- she could not hear at all, as if everything in the world was dead. She saw specks of silver floating in front of her eyes....
The gwees looked at Rose, and decided she was not looking well. She was pale and looked unable to brethe. They were unable to move, but at least they could breathe. The gwees tried to tell Rose that she had a way to help herself, if only she would let blue take control. They told her this twice before her eyes rolled back up into her head. The gwees looked at each other with concern, and watched her for any movement.
After a few long seconds, the pressure seemed to lift. The gwees were able to rise into the air once more, and they shared a moment of relief. Then they looked at Rose. Her hair was no longer flattened against her face and her body no longer looked like it was being pressed down. But she did not move. Her eyes did not roll back down. She was still pale. And she did not take another breath. The gwees looked at each other, then around. They tried opening the door, and found out that it was no longer locked. They threw it open, and started sending out the loudest speakerthought they could, and repeated it.
'Help!' the gwees thought as loudly as they could. 'Help! Someone, help!'
