So the plan is to take the next semester off. Now, whether or not I stay at Mervyn's is up in the air. My manager said she would do all she could to ensure I have 40 hours. (that way I can save up money, pay on my school loans, and keep living where I am). Which I really appreciate. But I keep thinking on how nice it would be to have some medical insurance, not to mention better pay and maybe even vacation time.
But that's something I'll look into after Christmas. I just wouldn't feel right leaving now. Who knows, maybe I'll get another raise like we did last year. Would be nice....
In more news, I'm writing a story in my guild. Unlike my other stories, I actually hope to go somewhere with this one and even finish it. *gasp* A story I have finished? The world is ending! But not yet, because the story hasn't! *laugh*
