The news that Auron wanted to return to his homeland had left everyone speechless but Auron did not relish the return home. His family had fallen from favor when his father murdered a highstanding village member for insulting his mother. Auron did not want to think of the repercussions he would face on his return nothing could alleviate his mood not even Sarah's cheerful face. Time seemed to slow to a near stand still but the trip came too soon for his liking.
Sarah and Jordan waited by the door and when Auron tried to walk out the door Jordan's considerable large arm barred the way. "Are you sure you want to take this trip you seem diminished."
Auron proved he was not as diminished as Jordan thought by easily plowing his way through but a small hand gripped his shoulder and Sarah spoke "Auron we're worried about you ever since you woke up you've seemed desperate we don't want you to seriously injure yourself for no reason."
Auron didn't even make a sign that he had heard but yet he still spoke " You know why I must do this I do it for revenge and to take back what was stolen. You cannot convince me otherwise because revenge is what drives you forward as well."
Auron walked out the door without looking back and wasn't aware of the company until he heard the footsteps beside him and the three of them began a journey of vast proportions. First task was to cross the grand Alder'caan desert an empty wasteland of rock that stretched across half the known world where not even insects survived. The only outpost was run by a Liuetenant of the King's Army that was a known womanizer and thief who would overcharge anything to be had in his fortress even if what you were having belonged to you.
That was their first stop.
