It's been two long years, and there's just been nothing I've accomplished.
All these projects I've set back...the pieces I should have already finished...
I lack motivation and I can't seem to find it. How I wish I could just set myself free...

Instead of looking at it through a time perspective, you should rather understand the small accomplishments that you've made. Instead of dwelling on what you haven't accomplished in two years, rejoice in what you have. The most trivial of things that you do may tip the balance in your favor unknowingly to you. As long as you have time, you can accomplish what you've put off.
My motivation has slipped through my fingers as well and I have yet to regain it. However, I personally think that whatever I lose, I can regain again. Though, it lies on my shoulder whether or not I find whatever it is I lost worhtwhile to get back. I just recently wrote a journal entry after the longest time and towards the ending, you'll find my resolution.
As resolved as I wish to be, I understand that I am not fully free of myself yet. However, my personality as well as my habits will not let that hinder me from holding back any further. If you've lost your motivation as I have then slow down, take a breath and relax yourself. The more you blindly pursue that motivation, the more circles you will find yourself in and by doing that, you will only be tiring yourself out. Motivation lies in our mind, there are many factors that can and will spark our motivation and in some cases, some factors may discourage our motivation. However, it's how we deal with these factors that count and until one passes by, you either make your factor come to life or you wait it out. Be productive in the meantime, be trivial. Because those little moments do add up. :]
