Bella sat on the branch of the big tree over looking the town. She couldn't explain how much she liked being up in the air;it just felt so right. Looking down, she could see the village kids playing. She noticed that one little boy was getting beaten up. "Oh gawd," she said. "look at those little jerks beating up that little one! he can't be over 5, and all of the others are at least 7. he could use some help." Sighing, Bella got up, opened her wings, and flew right in front of the little boy. "WWWWAAAAAAHHHHHHH!"tha bullies screamed at the new kid in the group. " well well well, what do we have here?" Bella said, beginning to get mad. " what in the world are you doing beating up this little kid!" she watched as the other children hovered in one spot, unable to answer." i think that you all need to be punished, don't you?" one boy , finally able to speak, said "oh yeah, what are YOU ganna do ? you're just a GIRL!" THAT DID IT!! Bella cast out her hand and the boy suddenly knelt to the ground, screaming. he seemed to be emitting a black glow from him. all of the other kids could only stare. Bella put her hand down, and the boy stopped screaming, and the glow want away. "See? and that was just a warm up." Bella said, triumphantly. all of the children ran away, except the little boy still hiding behind her. he stared into her eyes, and said meekly,"Thank You." Bella pat the boy on the head."you're wel-". But she was broken off by yelling villagers comming towards them. "DEMON! GET AWAY FROM US!!" they cried. Bella could have talen them, but she was frightened of all the people at once. She dashed off into the woods, and didn't stop gliding until she tripped over a tree root and had to sit down.
