Name: Minute Springs (Pronounced: My-nute) Race: Aquatics Cyborg.
Appearance: Eye Color: Left Aqua. Right Silver. Hair: Silver with an Aqua streak running down the left side. Height: 5'6" Weight: 125lbs.
Overall Description and Construction Minute Springs is not an overly tall female, nor too short. Before the incident that destroyed a good half her body, she was considered to be one of the most beautiful in her nation. Now, her beauty had a sort of mettalic majesty added too it. Her slender form that normally showed a sort of petite weakness and grace, was changed to show a streamlined strength as the left side of her body was covered in a glistening blue metal. It was an aquatic bio-metal that melded into her flesh gradually, making it seem even more a part of her.
The bio-metal runs from her left leg up her side and ends over her left breast at her collar bone. Her neck, on the outside, is completely flesh, however around her left eye is that same bio-metal and it runs into her brain to attach down to her spinal cord and the rest of her body. The left side of her anatomy was attached to the right side through her heart and nervous system by the brain. Her heart had to be reconstructed with this bio-metal and was made of an aquatic crystal which pumped an etherial water from her homeland through the living bio-metal part of her body. This mystical water was continually re-enhanced by the aquatic crystal, which used the oxygen and other gasses carried by her human blood. The cybernetic heart is constructed with reserve crystals to provide a charge for when she is underwater, and stores energy once more as soon as she is breathing again.
When Minute Springs turns to an etherial water, the cybernetic heart pumps the etherial water through both sides of her body instead of just the left side. This causes an extra-drain on her heart, so can only last about ten minutes before having to go back into physical form.
The right side is that of a beautiful Japanese maiden, petite and matching the bio-metal but of flesh. Over her entire body she wears a mystical armor. It is made of the same bio-metal with silver lining on her shoulders and around the breasts of her chest plate. It comes down in a battle skirt that reaches to her knees, giving her optimum mobility with her legs. She has greaves for her shins, and warrioress boots. A helmet covers her cheeks and forehead, letting her eyes and nose be exposed. However, over her nose is a small gaurd that comes down from her helmet. This is also made of the bio metal, and attaches to her left eye. It is inlaid with water-proof electronics which pick up on different visual spectrums and relay it to her eye. She can see spiritual, physical, etherial,heat, night, and aura visions with this helmet on. Coming from the back of her helmet is flowing silver hair that has an aqua streak down the left side of it.
All armor is able to be taken off, and digestive and reproductive tract is operational. Though the child of a cyborg can only be theorized.
Personality: Curious and playful as a youthful human women, she has a tendancy to be cold and calculative in battle.
Abilities and Suit Functions:
Combat Mode: As soon as hostile intent is sensed or initiated, she enters this mode.
Body Bio Metal Defensive Functions: As a metal, it is hard enough to bounce back a typical 9mm round and withstand a normal steel cut, while being light as a normal human body. Anything that is more powerful then typical steel or a 9mm round, it will react by liquifying and becoming solid as soon as the attacking object exits.
Armor Bio Metal Defensive Functions: Not directly tied to the heart, this armor's primary focus is to make sure damage does not come to the body. It doesn't have the ability to turn entirely to water and re-solidy that fast. However, it does have some unique defensive qualities. If anything beyond steel or a 9mm round hits it, it will create a channel of water in the space its being attacked and the solid metal will reach out to push it through a channel off to the side.
However, all damage will leave that small channel of water and can only be healed after coming out of combat mode. Anyone spot of her armor can make three inlaid channels before damage starts going straight to the body.
Examples of how the armor defense works. A 50 cal. round hits the left side of her chestplate. The direct area will liquify down to a channel down her left side, the metal will instinctivly push the round off of her with minimal damage sustained. An enchanted blade that slices through "all metal" comes down across her. The blade will slip off to the closest side by the bio-metal pressing it along a channel that it hits.
Body Bio Metal Offensive Functions: When her left side of the body is in combat mode and touches any living object, it will quickly absorb its moisture for fuel. This is deadly against humans, as they will be turned into a prune within seconds. Tendrils will come out from her left hand and attach to their nervous system and cause paralysis while this happens.
Her left hand also has the ability to take control of moisture and freeze, or move it. She can accumulate the moisture in the air for example and use that as more fuel for healing or other modes. It also allows her to shoot spikes of ice or blasts of water.
Armor Bio Metal Offensive Functions: If she is attacking a target in close range, her body helmet will identify weak points through the electronics and relate it to her enhanced nervous network. The bio-metal will liquify and shoot out at these weak points, solidifying into a spike as it hits. If she bear hugs a human, this would cause the human to become a pincushion at its vitals and allow her body to absorb its moisture.
Healing Mode: Outside of combat after damage, or when attempting to heal an ally out of combat mode.
Self-Restoration ability: By simply breathing in oxygen and hydrogen, it will fuel the etherial water crystal. This fuel will allow her body to solidify points where damage has occured. The left side of her body will also crawl over damaged pieces of flesh, the bio-metal will fix all wounds over time.
Even if her right side goes dead and she loses conciousness, just being in a place of moisture will allow her cybernetic body to fix itself by taking in surrounding moisture. This is called a reboot.
Normal restoration takes five minutes. A reboot takes ten minutes. Being in water halves these times.
Ally-Restoration: By touching someone with her left hand, she may focus her bio-metal to go over a fallen comrade and it will fix their tissue and organs restoring life. She can't bring someone back from the dead, but if their heart and brain are still functional, she can bring someone back from near death to complete health.
This will take 10minutes for full restoration inside and out, only seconds for minor wounds that she touches directly. Once again, being in water halves these times.
Reconnasaiance and Transport mode: These take a full drain on her body, but can be usefull for escaping and getting to a place. After a full drain, she must self restore before combat and other functions are able to be used.
It takes one minute to get into this mode.
Etherial transformation: Her entire body becomes etherial, including armor. All physical attacks will simply go through her. She cannot attack in this mode, but most being won't be able to hurt her in this mode either or see her for that matter.
10 minute time limit before complete drain.
Moisture teleportation: Her body becomes one with the moisture of an atmosphere, and can move at Mach 3 through the air or water by becoming less dense. It can only last a few minutes in air, but it's enough to move a couple miles in a few seconds.
5minutes before complete drain. No drain in water. (Yes, she can travel through an ocean at Mach 3 from one side to another.)
Weapons:
Two Bio Metal Tantos: Typically hidden inside her battle skirt, these are sharp as steel. By moving her hands at her sides where they are hidden, they instantly move to her hands in combat mode. They also have the moisture absorbtion ability to strengthen Minute Springs.
Two Bio Metal Defenders: Two auto-matic pistols that are fueled by astmospheric moitsure that fire bio-metal rounds. These are hidden at the sides of her abdomen on her stomach plate and will activate in the same way as the tantos. They are equivalent to a .45 cal round and the shells will absorb moisture on whatever they hit. This moisture is lost however and not taken into Minute Springs, unless she can touch these rounds after contact.
Aqua Gun Sword: If she reaches over her back, that blue streak on her hair will glow. After pulling back, a large 4' blade attached to a rifle barrel will form in her hand. This fires a homing .50 cal round with enough force to punch through a tank. It goes on a guidance system from her helmet. It takes a few seconds to reform the bullet, but the blade will eat through armor and has the typical moisture absortion ability making this the deadliest of her arsenal.
Innate functions and abilities:
Extra-Sensory Perception:She can see spiritual, physical, etherial,heat, night, and aura visions with her helmet on.
Increased Speed and Agility: Moving in any sort of moisture allows her body to innately cut through it much easier, absorbing bits that would cause friction against a normal human. Her helmet and enchanted electronics allow her to have a faster neural system where she can dodge a couple of bullets.
Bio: A tragic accident occured where Minute Spring was thought to have been killed. She was the heir to a sea people that roamed on ships and were skilled merchants. They went from country to country, and they were aiming to settle on Gaia before she was killed. Or so they thought.
A combination of wizards, scientists, and the best the king of the sea people could hire worked to bring her back to life. The team assembled made sure she wouldn't die so easily the next time.
