History:
Ismena was conceived in a slightly different way than most Scions; she was legitimately born of two mortal parents while on a cruise in the Antarctic. As the Atlaneans are weakened, her Divine mother, Amnis, had to muster all of her strength to possess Ismena's mother's body just long enough to be there during the conception, allowing her Ichor to fuse with the zygote.

She was a prodigy from the beginning, turning out to be something of a genius and someone who loathed to be bored. As a result, she rose to the top of her classes all the way through college (from which she graduated with a 4.0), and though she specialized in technological studies, took on such "hobbies" as learning medicine and frequenting rave parties.

Ismena is incapable of "doing nothing", so she fills her time with teaching, building computers, hacking, playing MMOs, moderating forums, going to raves, moonlighting as an EMT and going on frequent adventures with various other Scions. The only time she has been known to sit still is when her live-in girlfriend (imported from England) convinces her to take a little break.

She has no "steady job", but she makes plenty of cash doing her little side jobs; one of these is helping out at Damon Winehouse's store and bar, and she is the one responsible for his dual sound systems, electronic and magical security measures, computer filing system, and state-of-the-art intercom system. In return, he allows her to throw raves at his bar pretty much whenever she wants.


Personality: Super-cheerful and optimistic, Ismena is the embodiment of electricity; she is bright, energetic, and powerful. She can't sit still for long, and even when working on delicate technological procedures, she's usually humming and tapping her foot trying to loose some extra energy. She doesn't sleep much simply because she's a livewire.

Despite that, she's unmatched in her tech skills, and her medical prowess is nothing to shake a stick at, either.

Ismena is constantly looking for a challenge or adventure.


Wardrobe: Bright colors and many layers. Her favorite combination is blue and orange, but any bright colors appeal to her. Her favorite pair of sneakers are a violent orange. She doesn't have a "typical" or "set" outfit; any bright, funky, interesting kind of outfit will do, perhaps with plastic accessories like bangles and clip-on earrings. Ismena is a raver, after all.


Must-Haves:
- Antennae: She uses wire to shape her braids like this. No one knows why she loves them so much.
- Bond-style watch/flash drive: This thing is basically something out of a James Bond flick. The watch face looks analog, but is actually digital, and she can manipulate it to perform other functions. A small flash drive can be pulled out via ripcord.
- Electric blue ring around the irises: Related to her constant magical manipulation of technology and computers. It glows brighter when she's using her netbook or watch/flash drive.

Optional Items:
- Electric blue veins: The watch is an imperfect Birthright, and has been "poisoning" Ismena's flesh around the wrist. The more she uses it, the brighter and more numerous the "veins" become. It may take over her entire arm if left unchecked. She tends to hide these as best she can to avoid questions.
- Netbook: Like all of her Birthrights, she bought this thing on the internet. Her Ichor was awakened upon touching a sigil on the case. She can channel a good lot of her powers, Legendary and otherwise, through it, and connects her watch to it via flash drive attachment.
