All right, boredom has once again grabbed me and I need to get rid of it. SO I thought I'd take off again with the story. --------------------------
"There! I got your pictures. Happy now?" A full envelope hit the round lunch table with a slap, Raz standing beside it looking a little ticked off. Drew, a brown-haired, glasses-wearing friend of Raz's, opened the envelope and pulled out the pictures, his eyebrows dissapearing into his hairline when he saw them. The group of four girls and two guys gathered behind him and each one gasped.
"Told you I wasn't afraid." Raz merely sat down in the place of Anne, a blue-haired girl, and started munching on the carrot sticks she always brought for lunch. Her eyes travered over the food as she looked for other things to munch on. Each person in her group of friends was different, and the lunches they brought or bought showed that clearly. School lunch was disgusting, but the twins Meryl and Stan always ate them, each getting a different entree. Drake was a different story, he liked health food but only enough to give him energy for gym and football practice. Stacy ate junk food and Jen had a PB&J everyday. Different people, different lunches. Raz smiled and broke off a piece of Stacy's chocolate bar.
"She showed you the pictures, didn't she?" Josie finally showed up, standing right behind the entire group. She shook her head and set her bookbag down before heading off to get some lunch. Josie ate an entree, salad and had a water for lunch. Raz waved good-bye to her sister and continued munching on random pieces of other's lunch while her friends gaped at the pictures. Each of the photographs depicted part of the old house, and a few even had ghosts in them.
"You're proud of yourself, aren't you? I wonder what old man O'Connell'll say about these." Stan had the full Irish accent, mixed with some Scottish. He was only one out of the group to have the accent. Odd, since Meryl sounded less Irish then her twin. Raz shrugged and munched on another carrot stick, ignoring a shout for her from across the lunch room. It was Ben, the star football player and all-around hottie of the school. Who knew why the hunk wanted Raz. His long brown hair was always neatly pulled into a low ponytail, and his eyes sparkled when he smiled. Ben yelled again then walked to the group, the wolf ears on the top of his head pulling back as his tail swished behind him. Yes, Ben was a wolf demon, and a damn good one at that. Raz and Josie didn't go to a normal high school, but a high school for the talented. Think of it as Hogwarts for the rejects. Ben's current ex-girlfriend, Ashley, gave Raz a glare and muttered a spell that sent Anne's yogurt cup into her face. Ashley was a witch, an evil one. Her platinum blonde hair was matched only by Josie's golden waves and her baby blues sparkled by didn't change colro like Raz's gold and purple ones. She hated the sisters with a passion.
"You little b***h! What have you got against me? If this is about Ben you can have him back, I never even wanted the jock in the first place!" Raz created a fireball in her hand and glared at Ashley, the pink yogurt still in her hair and on her face. It suddenly lifted off of Raz and slapped Ashley's cheerleader outfit, causing the witch to scream.
"Next time you mess with my sister, you better think twice." Josie flicked a golden sidelock over her shoulder and turned her eyes to Ben, making him sit down and the chair scoot back to where he was supposed to sit. She sat down by Raz and tugged on her sister's arm before getting into a conversation with Stan and Drew. Raz gave a final glare as Ashley ran out of the lunchroom with laughs following her then sat down. Today was a normal day for them. But something seemed a little off about it all. --------------------------------------------- Yeah, not the best but I at least tried, right? Comment or PM me if anyone really reads this.
