'For some reason, i've been experiencing blackouts, probably because of the fact that i've not fully recovered and that i have caught some sort of sickness...
Apparently, from what this girl called Garnet told me, i was getting beaten up by some guys in suits, (i'm still recovering from the amount of times that punk kicked me in my stomach several times) and then, in like one minute, i saved Garnets life, took out all of Marcus's goons and made Marcus so scared of me that everytime he sees me, he runs away like a chicken!
And yet even though i saved HER life, i owe Garnet mine; because just when i thought i have lost everything, she comes into my life and reminds me what lifes worth living for...'

Thanks to Lee's heroic (but scary) efforts, the homeless people no longer need to live in fear of Marcus or his men. In fact, its the opposite, Marcus is afraid of everyone and everything.
But the real good news came when the Leader and Garnet went to check up on Lee; they saw him (for the first time) eating what appeared to a can of syruped peaches.
'Nice to see you're eating again', said the Leader heartily.
'Thanks, but to be fair, Lee said after he finished eating started to do some push ups, 'thats the 5th can of peaches i've had.'
The Leader, now looking even more happy, told Lee that this causes for a celebration and walked off to tell everyone else, leaving Garnet and Lee on their own.
Garnet sat on one of the empty crates and looked Lee amazingly; even though he was recovering, he doesn't has the grey hair and his eye colour have returned to normal.
'You are looking a lot different from the person i've met four days ago', Garnet spoke happily. Lee finished his push ups and sat on the crate next to her.
'Yeah? Well, i guessed the canned peaches are making me better looking', laughed Lee. His voice no longer sounded like a grater.
'Lee....i want to ask you something...' Garnet asked, looking at Lee, letting her green eyes reflect into Lee's eyes.
Lee knew the answer, 'i could give you that an answer.....but on one condition.'
'And that is?' Replied Garnet
Lee suddenly looked a little nervous, which Garnet thought was cute.
'W-would you go on a date with me to the park?' Stuttered Lee, now going a little red. Garnet thought about this for a moment and then said 'Okay, i'll meet you at eight, up and withere should be less people around.' Garnet got up and winked at Lee playfully, then walked off..
Birmingham Park - 8:00pm
The moon was full and shining brightly across Birmingham park, giving it a mystical feel about it. Lee was floating in midair, trying to calm his already overloaded nerves, when Garnet, wearing gothic clothes for the first time, looked at Lee cutely.
'Do you have any other secrets that i don't know?' asked Garnet curiously. Lee descended, his feet touching the ground softly and replied, 'I have a lot of secrets; i was....' Lee started to to become nervous again (probably because the moonlight made Garnet look so beautiful), and tried to finish his sentence. 'I-i was wondering if you wanted to see what the world is like through my eyes.'
Garnet didn't know what Lee meant, but her heart was starting to beat with excitement and wonder, 'Yeah, okay.'
Lee smiled and told her to close her eyes and count to 3, and as soon as Garnet counted to three, her body felt light and she felt the breeze of the wind blowing at her face. Garnet opened her eyes, and what she saw made her gasp with shocked joy.
She was on Lee's back, (and somehow) her arms were around his neck; dashing through the sky, passing fluffy clouds.
'So this what you meant', Garnet said.
'You ain't seen nothing yet, Look down now, see whats Birminghams like in my eyes', Lee said, slowing to down to give Garnet a chance to look. Birmingham looked so beautiful, with car and train lights looking like fireflies.
'Right, lets go back to the park', Lee said. A couple of minutes later, they were in a different area of Birmingham park. Lee descended to the ground near an oak tree, and they put their backs up against the tree and relaxed for a bit.
'Right, you wanted to ask me something? Lee asked Garnet.
At first, Garnet had forgotton the question, but it came flooding back to her mind.
'Why did you come to the Canal Bridge?' asked Garnet, whose eyes were staring at the moon dreamily.
'I left for a lot of reasons, most of it was self inflicted by me, and i've never forgiven them or myself...', Lee spoke.
Garnet saw that Lee was cletching his fists, trying to banish the thoughts from his head. Just as Lee was starting to lose control, Garnet put her right hand on Lee's left hand, which felt soft and warm; his thoughts disappeared.
'i have seen your dark rage when you did something dark and inhuman to Marcus and i've seen your light side when you soared through Birmingham; but you don't have to be alone anymore.'
All of a sudden, Garnet's had gotten closer to Lee, both their hearts were beating together as well.
'Let....Me....Release....You', Garnet spoke dreamily, her gothic dress was on Lee's leather coat; Garnet kissed him softly and passionately, and Lee felt every single dark emotion fade away.
Her eyes were closed as she lay her head on Lee's chest, she could feel his heart beating.
'....Do you love me?' Garnet said, her hair covered her face before .
Lee, taken aback, also closed his eyes and replied, 'I do...But...'
'But what?' Asked Garnet
Lee opened his eyes and gazed into hers, 'I'm frightened, i'm worried that one day, all these dark memories and thoughts will self-destruct in such a massive way....that i will hurt the one person i love right now...'
Garnet couldn't believe her ears; Lee was opening his heart to her for the first time.
'So tell me...what happened to you; If you tell me, i promise i'll banish all your pain and suffering...' Garnet said, tighten her grip on Lee's hands, which were starting to get warmer by the minute.
'Okay, i'll tell you....' And Lee began his untold tale to Garnet...
