Glittersniffer has in the past sold mascara and cream/ gel eyeliner. They came packaged in clamshell pots but it's possible she used other packaging as well. Most of the images I have seen of these products shows them unlabeled, no company name, product description, shade name, ingredients, etc.
According to Lela Warren's recent Q&A both the neon pink and neon green for both formulations are not eye safe, as long suspected. It is very likely that none of the colors are eye safe. None of these products have been added to the recall. Aside from the Q&A it is not stated anywhere that these products are not safe for use.
Speaking of the recall, word on the street is that Lela Warren has no intention of ever refunding people. I believe she has as of yet refunded a few people but she seems to be doing that based on whim and not whether or not the person is actually entitled to a refund. It's likely she doesn't have enough money to do so but I think it's more likely she does and just doesn't care.
